Almost 700,000 children experience abuse or neglect each year. For us at Arbor Circle, it is a priority to give vulnerable children a voice and provide someone who will speak on their behalf. CASA are trained volunteers who champion for children in foster care throughout the entire court process.

Our team at Arbor Circle works to recruit, train, and support CASA volunteers in Ottawa County. Through regular meetings with the child, our volunteers build a relationship to understand their needs. The CASA volunteer compiles information from attorneys, social workers, parents, and school personnel to assess and make recommendations to the court regarding the child’s future.
