Adult Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges.
This course covers:
Total training time is 8 hours, with 6 hours of live (virtual or in-person) instructor training, and 2 hours of online pre-work. This training is presented in partnership with Corewell Health.
