Youth Mental Health First Aid is for adults who work with or want to support youth facing a mental health challenge or crisis. It is designed to teach you to identify, understand, and respond effectively to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. Our virtual training will give you the skills you need to support those who may be developing a mental health or substance use challenge.
