Youth in our program receive ongoing assistance from therapists and weekly in-unit meetings with case managers who help them build independence, maintain their apartments, and access support during crises. Arbor Circle also offers a 24-hour crisis line for emergencies, ensuring tenants have resources when they need them most.

Why rent with arbor circle?
Our supportive housing initiatives assist young people aged 18-21 who are experiencing housing insecurity, including those who are pregnant or parenting. Participants can stay in the program for up to 18 months while Arbor Circle covers rent and utilities. During this time, they work on completing their education, gaining employment, and saving for their own housing. With consistent access to case management, therapy, and other resources, participants are empowered to build stability and independence.
On any given night, approximately 3,300 young people in West Michigan experience housing insecurity. By partnering with Arbor Circle, you can be part of the solution. Together, we can provide a safe, supportive environment for young people to thrive.
