total trek quest

An afterschool program for boys in grades 3-5, Total Trek Quest (TTQ) combines the physical activity of training for a 5k run with a curriculum that focuses on learning to set goals, building strong relationships, and making healthy choices. This fun, interactive 9-week program uses running and educational activities to encourage positive mental health and wellness while also preventing high-risk behaviors.

ttq fall season 2020

Arbor Circle has two options for the TTQ Fall 2020 season! Both will kick off in September – one program will be 100% virtual and available to you anywhere, the other will be a hybrid of virtual and in-person programming.

Both programs will include:
• Interactive practices held online, including a movement portion geared for 5k training
• Online curriculum activities that allow for relationship building
• A virtual kickoff that is open to all family members
• A virtual 5k to end the season

The 100% virtual option will include: 2 online practices with TTQ staff coaches. Registration is $35, with scholarships readily available.

The hybrid option will include: one virtual practice and one in-person practice held outside at several regional locations. Registration is $45, with scholarships readily available.

For more information, email Brandon.

coaching

TTQ runs during the fall and spring and is made possible by community members who dedicate their time to coaching and volunteering. Each year, more than 150 volunteer coaches are needed. You don’t have to be a runner to be a coach! If you would like to learn more, please contact us.
