Youth Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches adult learners how to assist adolescents between the ages of 12-18.
This course covers:
Total training time is 8 hours, with 6 hours of live (virtual or in-person) instructor training, and 2 hours of online pre-work. This training is presented in partnership with Corewell Health.
